SDLC Playbook pricing is per engineer. That means anyone with a seat in your work tracker (Jira, Azure Boards) or commit access to your repos. Read-only stakeholders like managers and PMs are free.
Which agents are included at each tier?
Team includes core enforcement (Code Sentinel, Release Gatekeeper, Role Accountability) plus Release Composer. Business adds authoring agents (Requirements Author, QA Strategist), Requirements Auditor, Compliance Auditor (v1.2), and Compliance Scribe. Enterprise gets every v1.2 / v1.3 / v2.0 agent as it ships.
Can I bring my own AI model?
Enterprise tier includes customer-choice models (Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI on Azure Government, on-prem open source). Team and Business run on Anthropic Claude by default.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for Team or Business. Enterprise deployments include a one-time implementation fee (starting at $25K) for SSO/SCIM setup, compliance mapping, and template customization.
What happens when my team grows past my tier?
Tier upgrades happen without data migration. Team tenants approaching 25 engineers get a Business upgrade prompt. Business tenants approaching 200 get an Enterprise sales conversation. Same architecture across tiers, capability surface controlled by feature flags.
How long does deployment take?
Team and Business: under 30 days from contract to production. Enterprise with custom compliance mapping or air-gapped deployment: 60 to 90 days.
Can we override hard blocks?
Yes, with the Override workflow (Business and Enterprise tiers). Justification + approver + audit tag + follow-up task. Every override is fully documented.
What about data residency?
SaaS runs in Azure US East/West. EU data residency available for Business+. Enterprise deployments include AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or on-prem options with full single-tenant isolation.
