SDLC Playbook pricing is per seat, three tiers, annual or monthly billing. A seat is anyone who works in your software development lifecycle: engineers, product managers, project managers, QA, compliance, and the leaders who sign off on releases. We are not publishing list prices yet. The first ten design partners get 90 days free and lock in early-partner pricing before public rates are set. The product is built and in private design-partner stage. Enterprise operational commitments (SLA, SSO/SCIM, data residency) are scoped per engagement.

Why aren’t list prices published?
We are onboarding the first ten design partners and setting final pricing with them, based on real usage across real repos. Public rates follow. Partners keep the rate they signed at.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone who logs in and works in the lifecycle: engineers, product managers, project managers, QA, compliance and security staff, and the executives who review dashboards or sign attestations. SDLC Playbook is not an engineering-only tool, so a seat is a person, not a commit. A solo owner of the process can buy one seat; most teams start at three.
Which agents are included at each tier?
Team includes core enforcement (Code Sentinel, Release Gatekeeper, Role Accountability) plus Release Composer. Business adds authoring agents (Requirements Author, QA Strategist), Requirements Auditor, Discovery Synthesizer, ADR Author, and Compliance Scribe (Compliance Auditor is on the v1.2 roadmap). Enterprise gets every v1.2 / v1.3 / v2.0 agent as it ships.
Can I bring my own AI model?
All tiers run on Anthropic Claude today. Customer-choice models for Enterprise (Azure OpenAI on Azure Government, on-prem open source) are planned.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Team and Business are available on annual or month-to-month billing; annual gets the lower per-seat rate. Enterprise is an annual contract with monthly invoicing available.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for Team or Business. Enterprise deployments include a one-time implementation fee for SSO/SCIM setup, compliance mapping, and template customization, scoped per engagement.
What happens when my team grows past my tier?
Tier upgrades happen without data migration. Team tenants approaching 25 seats get a Business upgrade prompt. Business tenants approaching 200 get an Enterprise conversation. Same architecture across tiers, capability surface controlled by feature flags.
How long does deployment take?
Team and Business: under 30 days from contract to production. Enterprise with custom compliance mapping: 60 to 90 days.
What about data residency?
SaaS runs in Azure US East/West. EU data residency available for Business+. Enterprise deployments include single-tenant isolation. Architected for Azure Government (planned); air-gapped deployment on the Enterprise roadmap.
