Not inventing process.
Turning it into software.

SDLC Playbook is the playbook the founding team uses every day at Anglicotech, building nuclear-grade software for the Department of Energy. We are not theorizing. We are productizing what already works.

Founder Story

Twenty-five years of engineering leadership.
One unsolved problem.

I spent the first half of my career in regulated software. Healthcare IT at Surgical Information Systems. Insurance compliance at AON. Background screening at ClearStar. DoD-adjacent work at Iviry with active Secret Clearance. Now Director of Software Engineering at Anglicotech, building the Supplier Viability and Performance platform for the Department of Energy’s Savannah River Nuclear Solutions.

Across all of it, the same problem kept showing up. We had an SDLC. It was documented. We trained on it. And we still couldn’t prove, in real time, that it was being followed. Audits became fire drills. Releases shipped without rollback plans. Offshore partners delivered builds nobody reviewed. Leadership found out at the post-mortem.

Then frontier AI got good enough to actually evaluate process compliance, not just classify text. Multi-agent orchestration on Azure AI Foundry made it economically viable. NIST 800-218 SSDF and CMMC made the problem contractual for federal contractors. Three things converged at the right moment.

The product spec is already written. It’s the playbook the team uses every day. We’re not inventing the process. We’re turning a working process into software, and selling it back to the market that needs it most.

What we believe

Four convictions
that shape the product.

Conviction 01

Process is software, not paperwork.

A wiki page describing your SDLC is not the SDLC. The SDLC is what actually happens between commit and deploy. If it’s not enforced in the pipeline, it’s a suggestion.

Conviction 02

Discipline beats velocity in the long run.

Teams that skip process ship fast for two quarters and pay for it for the next two years. Discipline compounds. Shortcuts compound too.

Conviction 03

Audit-readiness is a feature, not a project.

If your team has to scramble to assemble evidence when an auditor shows up, you do not have a working SDLC. You have a story you tell auditors.

Conviction 04

AI doesn’t replace process. It enforces it.

When AI writes more code than humans, the accountability question gets harder, not easier. Provenance, authorship, and prompt evidence become non-negotiable. We’re built for that future.
